Toys will be announced on our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/puckyart) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/puckyart/) before they go on sale at a specific date and time.  Limited edition toys are limited to 1 per customer.  If duplicate shipping information (including name, address, payment information, phone numbers) is found in an order, it will be cancelled and released to be available to purchase.


All limited edition products from our online store are quality checked by the Pucky team to ensure they fall within our standard of quality. With that being said, some toys may still contain minor defects that are part of the manufacturing process but do not affect the overall quality of the toy. If you feel like you've received a defective toy, please email us at hellopucky+support@gmail.com with the reason and images for your request. Each request will be handled on a case by case basis and must be made within 15 days from the date you received your order.

All returned merchandise must be packed in the original packaging in the same condition in which it was received. Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

All packaging for products is solely a protection for the contents inside, so we cannot replace packages even if they are damaged.

Upon dispute, Pucky Studio reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange cases.


Orders are shipped via S.F. Express or Hong Kong SpeedPost and products will be shipped out within 5 business days of purchase. 

We may contact you to clarify your shipping information, which may cause a delay in your shipment date. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

In addition, please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed unexpectedly until further notice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for certain limited edition items where information is incomplete and/or inaccurate.
